The DJ is important….sets the mood with music , does the introductions and announcements, and is the face behind the microphone all night long! I’m into top 5’s, so here are my top 5 reasons why I would recommend you…. 1. You were prepared. Prior to the wedding, you gave good advice, had good ideas (ex. Where to do the speeches, when to do them, the couples dance, etc.), verified pronunciations, etc. 2. You controlled the vibe well by reading the crowd and playing music that they responded to. 3. You use good judgment. I especially appreciate that you ran it by me when you got that odd request from one of my guests to make an announcement about someone’s time served in the military. To me, that would have been super odd and thank you for being polite to the guest yet having the judgment to quickly ask for my approval. 4. You looked/acted professional, dressed appropriately (not some goofy DJ) and you have a great DJ voice. 5. You delivered. Bottom line, everyone enjoyed the wedding. You took part in making that happen. I plan to do a review on wedding wire within the week.
