The music and your talent was such an intricate part of enhancing one of the most memorable days in our lives. We appreciate all of your efforts in making the day seamless. Responsiveness: 10 – very appreciative of your effort to calling back numerous times when we were so busy trying to connect all the dots in preparation. Returning our call in the beginning certainly impressed upon us that you were truly interested. A lot of vendors did not do this. You were very responsive to any changes we made in music and appreciate also that you would call back to confirm. Meeting you in the beginning and then again prior to ceremony was also impressive, as opposed to a phone call. Professionalism: 10 – what can we say; you are a true professional, your knowledge of music and suggestions for our needs was fantastic. You worked with everyone from venue flawlessly. Value: 10 – worth it! Quality: 10 – Ronnie is a quality professional who cares about his work and performance. Flexibility – 10 – Ronnie was very responsive to change in songs even at very end. This can probably be very annoying when the client makes changes at the last moment. Ronnie was great!!!
