Now that we’ve designed the timeline and layout and know what the room will look like, we can now determine what you will need in terms of equipment. Until you know how much remaining space you have left, how can you decide on a “Wedding Package”? Designing the room first is the right approach in figuring out what equipment you will need. Determining what you need at the most basic level gives you a starting point for pricing and then you can determine if it’s in your budget to add things like dance floor lighting, up lighting, photo booths, LED dancing platforms, live musicians, etc. Our goal for you at the end of our consultation, is for you to have mental clarity as to how your wedding day will be choreographed.
