He listened to our plans/preferences and offered ideas from his experience on how to ensure a seamless and successful event. He helped us to feel that our event was very important to him. On the day of the event Ronnie took the lead by coordinating with the photographer/videographer and the reception hall staff, making sure that the evening flowed as planned and all of our needs were meet. Ronnie was very courteous to staff and guests and addressed any of the concerns that arose at once.
